Room was clean and pleasent - excellent for the price. We initially hada room that had been occupied by a smoker - they changed this out for usimmediately to find a more acceptable room. The staff were falling over themselves to be helpful. The reception staff made a tiny error the booking in process and upgraded us immediately. Very nice thank you.

What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. The hotel rooms are simple but very well-designed -
Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. The bed was great to sleep on....soo comfortably soft with nice comforters. The bathroom size was sufficient and the tiles were nice. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.

The Gallery hotel is situated in a great locations, great places to eat and easy to get around. Staff were fantastic and facilities are great, great hotel. - comfortable and convenient to get around.
