The staff will always try to accommodate me to my choice of room which has got a bathtub and shower.   The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one. We were pleasantly surprised =)! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one. - Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.
