The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

Great location in the centre of the business district. Very spacious and well equipped room. Pool, lounge area and airconditioned 'Living Room' on the 19th floor. MRT very near the hotel with sheltered walkway so no need to get wet in the heavy rain. -

We were upgraded from a Club Room (Tower Wing) to a Deluxe Room in the Valley Wing. We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. Pre dinner cocktails also included, & staff remembered our preferences.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. Internet was excellent. washing

As grandparents holidaying with our 10 and 8 year olds, Fraser Suites was perfect for us. When attempting to book for four at other hotels we couldn't be promised interconnecting rooms or 'room' for us all to relax. Fraser Suites was an amazing surprise.
