The location as it is within walking distance to Marina Bay Square and Suntec City. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands.

this hotel is cozy and far away from hustle bustle of city center, but what we like this also close to millenia walk that can connect us to Marina square shopping mall. room was spacious and amenities also complete. the staff also helpful and receptionist also kind to give room as we asked close to lift since my mother can not afford very too far. excellent !

The fact that we got upgraded, the shuttle bus service and the breakfast was really good. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from there. I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The eco-friendly design is really unique and tastefully done. We been to Crown Plaza Hotel recently who also adopt Eco-friendly design but we would say ParkRoyal design is more impressive. The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions.
Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise.
Pool has the wow factor.
Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful.
On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

We love our room with the balcony facing the marina. There is even a tv just in front of the tub where you can enjoy a show while soaking inside. We love the serenity and relaxing feel of the surroundings. I would highly recommend it to locals for a staycation. -
