The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

The receptionist were extremely helpfull as was my 1st visit to Poland,and arranged for the tours i wanted and also took time to give me directions.The appartment was cleaned daily ,and all the staff were very kind and helpfull. - 5Mins from the main square, the staff were excellent and extremelyfriendly, the room was spotless and well maintained.

The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

It is called Hostel, but we lived like a hotel. The breakfast is little, but other things are excellent. - We had a very pleasant stay at the Golden hostel, the staff was really friendly and we were very profesionally treated, even though we changed a bit our option in the last moment. Building is new so the apartment is in pristine condition. Good location, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Very clean and comfy room. Bed in our room was a chaise lounge sofa type thing with a sheet and a duvet- found this perfectly comfy but taller people might have issues. -

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

Our location was awesome. Loved the old furniture and funky "real

Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.
