The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. Wide and safe parking space for my car. Nice garden too. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Small and pleasant hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious. It was clean and the Hotel is not to the Main Train Station which is also the main place for any other destination from and to Krakow. -
Air-conditioned, clean and comfortable. Free parking and possibility to use tram for getting to the city (only 10 min).

Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. - Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers.

We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel.
We were not dissapointed.
The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile.
The breakfast area was modern, clean.
The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well.
The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.
The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this

The staff were generally very helpful both at reception and in the bar. One example of this, we'd had trouble booking a hire car with a well known company and so turned to the reception for help. They called a company on our behalf and we had a hire car brought to the hotel for a cheaper price than that quoted with the more well known firms (where

The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.
