It is a flat without any reception. When you arrives they gives you the keys and ask to leave them in the mailbox when you leave. The flat however a bit dark really nice, and well-equipped with good location.

It was in the area that we needed. Clean and comfortable, right next to
police station :) so we felt very safe :d Pet friendly and a lot of
green area around the hotel. -
Friendly staff, decent facilities, nice food, cleanliness was perfect, well furnished, friendly atmosphere and all for an unbelievably low price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of food including many traditional dishes. Good location - less than 10 mins from main rail station and main square. - the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were very comfortable. i would definitely stay again.

As one of the memeber sof the party was an elderly person, and needed to rest, it was very useful to have the space the apartment gave us without feeling claustrophobic about being 'stuck' in a hotel room. It was also good to be so near the centre. The flat was simple but very clean and confortable. Staff were extremely helful and friendly. - Excel

Its a great deal at about 34euro per night, at first the location looked a little scary but it was not at all, it was an amazing stay for an amazing price.

The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff
could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my
brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we
also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night
club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups
of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre
of the town.

Excellent choice in case of a short and budget trip. Bright appartments, nice staff, breakfast and great location (it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the city center).
Everything is simple, and sometimes less is more. 24 Guesthouse is a nice place to stay for a couple of days if you have no intention to spend a lot of money and don't want to live in a hostel.

We have stayed in the hotel for 1 night only, needing a good place to sleep somewhere in the centre of town. The parking is on site, which is a big plus when you travel by car - dont have to leave it outside on the street as in many other places in Krakow. I absolutely loved this Hotel. As a gym fanatic I was impressed with the facilities 24/7 (and even classes) the staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for you...advice on places to go, booking cabs, and sending my hat back that I left in the room. The room although small was clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast was basic but I had my own porridge with me anyway and the staff let me use the microwave...thank you Atlantic, I will be back soon!!!!
