the staff was really really friendly! they were very busy and i asked for another room. not because mine was bad but because of a generator outside making too much noise. it was no problem, i got another room and they even helped me out with lugguge. Lovely hotel! Great location, a short walk into town - yes, it is uphill on the way back but they do offer a free shuttle service every hour if you don't want to walk back! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff are so pleasant and friendly, very helpful in booking a range of activities for us, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All in all, a great stay, hope we can come back some time!

The apartment was just like a very comfortable home. Loved the gas fire and the view was wonderful. Liked having the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on seperate floor from the living area. Back enterance on to top road very handy.A comfortable walk into town. -

Our first time at Tanoa and we very much enjoyed it. It was great value for money. Comfortable room and beds and even a view despite being in the courtyard. Staff are friendly, food in the restaurant was nice and the service was professional. Will use again.

We had a studio apt without a view but it fit our needs since we did not

Location is within easy walking distance to The Mall and Marine Parade where everything is a just a short cab ride back if you don't want to hike the steep hill.
It's also a pickup/drop off point for the Millford Sound Tour.

This is the best accommodation in Queenstown. Views from apartment 16 were breathtaking. Andrew, who is probably the manger, is an absolutely helpful and nice person. Interior design of the apartment is incredible and the colours are so comforty for the eyes and stylish. The hotel offers free internet, yummy sweets on arrival and there was a free iPhone app works as a guide and offers advice on activities in QT. SIMPLY THE BEST, SIMPLY COMING BACK.

It was my third time staying at the Glebe and it's as good as it ever was. Very suitable for 1 adult and 3 children, excellent location within walking distance of the centre of town, lovely facilities within the room. We loved it. -

Location, location! The 1- and 2-bedroom apartments have fabulous views across Lake Wakitipu to the mountains, and the apartments are 10-15 minutes walk into central Queenstown. The local ski fields are 45-60 minutes drive away. This was our third stay in a 1-bedroom apartment here for ski-ing, and we've always been happy with it.

This hotel is outstanding; from the lovely genuine welcome at reception to the standard of housekeeping. The location is unbeatable-across from the wharf and a couple of minutes walk to everything. We'll definitely be returning.
We booked an evening cruise on the steamship Earnslaw with dinner at Walter Peak Station homestead. It was a truly memorable night and once docked back at Queenstown it was virtually a matter of crossing the road to our hotel.

We stayed at the Heritage apartments rather than the main hotel. The
apartment was much higher up the hill, and gave us glorious views over
Queenstown , lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables from the balcony. All

Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed.

All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Staff were aware of who we were and which room we were in, providing a level of commitment to the guests.The hotel is perched on a breathtaking view of the river that no photo can do justice. After spending the day adventuring the Otago wineries, coming back to a reserved cinema room made the whole stay as if we were the only people around. And we weren't. Thank you again to the management and staff for making our stay a memory!
