The Manager, Cathy Miao, offered me tremendous help and kindness beyond the call of duty in finding a hire car as most companies I tried had no cars available. The location of the Motel is ideal being situated within 5 minutes walk of a bus stop,supermarket, garage,post office and at least six choices of restaurants ranging from Thai to Indian. I highly commend it. Lovely owner, really nice clean shared bathroom, with only a few other rooms on the floor so was never an issue. There was a nice bath/shower and toilet room, as well as additional toilet and seperate shower rooms. The rooms were pleasant enough, very spacious with a slightly battered but functioning fridge. Laundry facilities worked well.

Made every effort to help us during our stay, Very honest. (I had to alter our booking and my unused night was refunded), I really appreciated that. was a pleasantly surprised at the how modern they were considering the age of the motels. Staff were wonderful and we will stay again in the future. I liked everything about the motel. It was clean and tidy, very presentable. The owner was bright and cheery and extremely welcoming. Nice and spacious; good supply of things in the kitchen and plenty of extra bedding if it was too cold... The lady in the reception was really nice, kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to CBD. Great footage, nice service, lots of internet. Fully equipped kitchen, great tidyness. Friendly staff,lovely clean and warm rooms With comfy beds, nice and close to town. Owner very helpful, cheerful and attentive. Facilities excellent. Nice and quiet. Motel very comfortable and clean and Staff very courteous. Good value for money. The nice people allowed my sister to pick up the gear I accidently left behind a curtain on the sill behind the toilet because there was nowhere else to put anything. Older motel, but fairly tidy. Happy to leave keys with group organiser for late arrivals. leaving. Thin walls, so you can hear people moving around the adjacent rooms. A bit of a walk into Central Christchurch. there was nothing i didn't like. nothing... No heater in the room. Water pressure, parking near the entrance. Nothing. Parking was a bit tight. Fridge needed defrosting, Curtains needed on roadside window as streetlight shone in. The bed was one of the better roll-together beds we have encountered. Perhaps time to up-grade the beds. Faultless no complaints. sofa a bit uncomfterbul. bed a bit too hard. No Sky TV. The shower water slow and hot water limited. i read the booking on line as it was a self contain unit it was a shared bath room unit. I wont be booking though this system again. very hot night, but no air conditioning. very noisy road traffic. Everything else. No water pressure, no light in living rm., heat pump couldn't cope, hot water cyl. dangerous, no plug to shave, no microwave bowls, no ext. door protection, minimal security. Musty smell in one unit. Poor quality of furniture - some charis/couches close to collapse. Copying of drivers licence for obviously mature group organiser. Having to take towels to office for replacements for 2nd night - only some group members told about this. had to supply our own toilet paper. the doors to bathroom and bedroom did not close properly and could see inside. bathroom light was too dim. laundry was dirty and not clean. The owner put our all our washing into dryer without asking us, even clothes that should not be dried in dryer.one top shrunk slightly. Very noisy. Sounded like rats in the walls. Never stay there again. The Fact that I was There for 4 days and had to ask to have my room made up and then it only happened once in 4 days. before we even arrived they had deducted one nights accommodation from my mastercard and would not refund this when we found room was unsatisfactory.
