The location of the hotel and the staf are realy helpfull and nice - The hotel is in an excellent location, quite near to Dam Square and all the major attractions. the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

Really nice modern hotel in Western part of the city. Everything is new,
nice and clean. Definitely best choice for young people and group of
friends. Perfect for quality/price. Staff was really welcome and
helping every time. Cheap and nice, though not rich, breakfast.

We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant

I certainly recommend this place as an excellent base for exploring the
city of Amsterdam, whilst being able to retreat to a nice peaceful haven

The location which was quiet, the breakfasts were great, the bed was large and very compfortable,the coffee maker, the cleanliness of the place the most important of all to us.
The weather was so cold and awfull for our trip, we spent a lot of time on the boat, it was warm, there were hundreds of good DVDs so we watched loads, and fed the swans, and ducks through the open window!

The owner/staff were fantastic - friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable. The single rooms were on the small side, as it is an old family house but that added to the character. He offered to assist me in carrying a tray of food to my room for my sleepy sister on at least three mornings. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located on tram line #2. The hotel sells tram line and Van Gogh museum tickets. Wonderful!

It feels like being at home, while being away. The staff (the owner) is very helpful and you get practically individual attention from him. Whenever you need anything, he is there.
