A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design. First class, excellent breakfast

La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)
Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end.

Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed.

A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk.
We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations!
Breakfast was excellent and different each day.
We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Good hotel. Location very good; service very good and friendly. Special attention for our anniversary without asking. Try to have a rrom with an ocean view. It is worth the price. - I appreciated the welcome and service in the room. The private beach is well cared for and the pool is functional. Hotels on to expectations.

Highly recommended, good value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and the hotel is brand new. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.
Either way, if you go to Marrakech make sure to find a hotel in hivernage/medina area.

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without paying anythi

Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
The quality of both is exceptional.

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.
