Great location - no dark alleyways to walk down (a considerable number
of Riads in Marrakech are located in areas that look dodgy during the
day, let alone at night).
Refreshing garden / pool area - nice to come back to after the hussle and bussle of the city.
Indoor restaurant a nice place to eat - but the menu was uninspiring - chose to eat here

Coffee in the afternoon by the pool is very good, but the coffee served at break -
palaus donab was a beautiful glamorous peaceful and fragrant haven. Our room was lovely , quiet and private. The breakfasts by the pool with the birds singing were glorious. It was well situated for shops and restaurants and although near the medina was peaceful and safe inside. The staff were courteous and unimposing but bit formal. However they were helpful in finding me an emergency dentist. Thank you and loved the atmosphere.

The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. I tried their cooking class today and now I know how authentic maroccan food tasts like when taking the time

The location in the medina with sea views is perfect. The terrace is gorgeous for sitting and reading. staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury .

What a wonderful place this is, it felt like a sanctuary. The staff and owners could not be more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would say, I personally have high expectations from a place and this superseded them. A wonderful relaxing experience. I would highly recommend. -

Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina.
Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced?

What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery -
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend. Room was fab, we stayed in the
African suite. We had dinner there the first night chilled with wine on
the roof terrace which was amazing. We then had a hamman the following
morning. The breakfast every morning is fab with breat fruit salad
yogart French toast and then you get a Moroccan surprise and eggs.

Everyone was so welcoming and eager to please. From the moment we walked in we were spoilt. The Riad was beautiful and kept in immaculate condition, and we enjoyed the roof terrace, pool area and games room as well as the spa facilities. I can't recommend this Riad enough. We never wanted to leave!

It was an amazing place to stay, the staff was friendly and super
helpful, the Riad was clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best
places in Marrakesh. The value is good for what you get and the
breakfast were tasteful! The location is good as it is in the medina so
it is quiet and you can be in the main square in just 10 min. Walk.

Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.

beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the
ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had

The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's.
Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

The manager Carlos and all of his staff treated us wonderfully and it was a pleasure meeting his wife and beautiful baby daughter also. He also arranged pickup from our riyad for a small fee.
