  It was excellent stay! Very clean, neat hotel. Room has fan on the ceiling and effective quiet air con. All rooms are with sea view, so at night only fan was enough because of sea breeze. On balcony is soft settee with pillows, table with arm-chair and bathtub! Towels and bathrobes changed twice a day. Moreover it were disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste and razor, all were changed everyday, that is excessive we th - We decide to book this hotel after reading all positive reviews here,and it was the best decision! The hotel is very nice,done in Colonial style with all modern facilities that can be offered! We got the room on the 2nd floor (exact same pics. as from the website),we had bathtub on the balcony,so that we could relax open air while listening the waves from the beach.   I really don't know where to begin with the all the compliments this resort deserves. From our arrival to our departure, my husband and I were overwhelmed with the staffs hospitality, we were made to feel very special and part of the Rasas family.   This is the second time I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Was with three other friends and we checked into two adjoining hill view rooms on the 5th floor. The view was not as great as the sea view rooms and there were no balconies but it cost a lot less too during the peak holiday season so no complains. The check-in was quick (less than 5 minu... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tes) and hassle-free despite the throngs of people. This being the hill view rooms, it was also alot quieter in the evening. Visited the Hard Rock Caf - The staff was not only friendly but helpful. We were in Penang with another family and my parents and did not arrange anything with the hotel in advance. There were no van rentals available but the concierge tried and made a few phone calls for us and did manage to one for us. We were really grateful to them for even trying. The pool was fabulous and my children (9, 5 and 4) absolutely LOVED it. We booked a King's Double room and was pleasantly surprised when HRH upgraded us to a suite which is

  This hotel was absolutely outstanding and we have never, in forty yearsof business travel, seen such great staff.   Very relaxed and easy all over, friendly and helpfull personnel. Room was clean and functional. - Good sized room even though it was only a "studio". Nice view. Staff were polite, well presented and welcoming.

  We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel. The room we took is the seaside and the view was great. The location is fine. It's hard to get taxi but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel - Flamingo two bedroom suite has got two toilets n I love this coz I dont like sharing toilets n I love d spacious living area where we can enjoy coffee,watching tv while enjoying sea breeze.the swimming pool is just lovely.i love d shops at lobby too.it is so convenient for snacks etc.
