Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money.

The hotel is very luxurious but a bit outdated. The rooms are cosy and bed very comfortable. I'll probably return to this hotel during my next business trip to Seoul.

Everything! The staff are extra friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The resturant is great and the food is delicious. -

Thankyou to Mr Mark of front desk..always there to assist..he speaks
english and also indonesian.arranged us for my daughters skiing trip and
also taxi to change hotel after 2 nites. Also Mr Ryu the manager in his
favourite brown attire...when we arrived..2 Rooms were ready out of 3

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were
spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We
chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it.
The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee
(...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!)
the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. -
Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.
CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in.
Very friendly staff.

Very helpful front desk staff who kindly write Korean address to give
taxi driver. Line 5 subway Seodaemun station 1 minute away with lift.
Convenient to use airport train and transfer to Line 5. The cost for
whole trip 3850 won with t money. Also a airport bus stop right in front

Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient.
All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. -

Room clean, good location, room large for price, when compared with other hotels in the same price range downtown. Decor was modern, furniture comfortable, and the room had a refrigerator, small kitchen area and sink. Also equipped with washer. Good Italian restaurant downstairs with nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop garden is beautiful and a perfect place for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern.

Loved that they managed to offer free early check-in.
The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway).
Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help.
Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email.
Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.
