general manager, Phillipe responded very favorably to an accidental fall

The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room
service -
I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.

Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. -

Service on the Club floors.
The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job. -

We had a good staying in this hotel, especially the front desk allowed us to checkin early at 7h30am in the morning when we took a night flight from Hanoi to Seoul.

Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money.

I was travelling with my parents and my 5 year daughter & we had a lot of luggages & we were travelling to the airport via the KAL limousine bus. The concierge was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great for family vacations, especially with small children. The amusement parks and fairy tale characters were right next door.
Great for shopping as well, since a wonderful, world-class department store is attached to the hotel
