The owner and his assistant were very friendly (kooik and shawee). The
place was value for money, and good location. It was quite in a steep
hill, but I didn't mind the exercise. And very near myeongdong
station and namsan tower. Very cosy traditional korean matresses, very

Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

The staff in Chocolate Tree were very friendly and helpful. The fact that all staff members could speak good English made communication very easy. The staff were willing to help out with anything from operating the coin laundry to making coffee and generally provided great service.

The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes away from the subway station. Not to mention to the numerous wonderful eateries around Hongdae.
The House Tel provides excellent breakfast. One can try the tasty Korean side dishes together with steamed rice, bread or instant noodle.
Staff are very friendly and the room is huge and comfortable.

Awesome place! Clean and tidy! Kitchen can be used for cooking! The staff Walter speaks English well. Located right in the centre of Hongdae with alot of cafe and restaurants around! Wifi is good. They even has laundry and ironing facilities and few bathrooms and toilets to avoid congestion! -

The friendliness of the owner Vincent Yoo surprising me as I never seen an owner so care about their client. He will always available if u need any help.
It's very near to some of the attractions, like Insadong, Changdeokgung, Hanok Village. N it's also near to a Starbucks coffee which it's signboard written in Korean.

The hostess, Deborah is a very warm and loving young lady who is patient
and went extra miles to find us when she received our call upon the very
first night as we lost our way. She also made kimbap for us before
leaving for her trip on Cheosok festival. Mr. Yoo is a very hardworking
man who make sure we have enough food and drink in the pantry and he
cleaned up the entire area daily for our comfort. We are very touched by
their hospitality. A big thank to both of them.

We stayed in Classic 500 for 7 nights. The apartment is huge and well equipped - washer/dryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave cum convection oven, etc. It is indeed home away from home. The staff are generally good in English and is able to understand what we want. The accommodation is next to Lotte Department Store and Starcity.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, we got a huge apartment with a big living room and bed room. Really felt like we were staying at our own home. The clean, modern design is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. WIth our 9 months old baby crawling around every where, it was nice that the floor was wood & marble. The bed in the bedroom is also huge that literally you can fit 3-4 people on it if you are a family. The bed was also super comfortable

We loved our stay at Haemil Guesthouse. The couple running it is so helpful and sweet. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. There is free drinking water and tea and coffee all day, as well as free cereal.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Haemil Guesthouse. The
owners were very nice and helpful. They were kind and considerate of our
needs and Miss Kim is a very good cook. The hanok was small but
authentic in its looks and furnishings. You really got the feel of what

I was going out in Itaewon and wanted somewhere to stay for the night. This place was the cheapest so i thought i would give it a try.

CLEAN. I thought it would be uncomfortable to share toilets & bathrooms, but this guesthouse definitely prove me wrong. They cleaned their guesthouse every day without failure.
HELPFUL. the guesthouse is managed by young guys. Although some of them were not very friendly, some were very very helpful and so NICE. they helped us to transfer all our belongings to the different building.
We are so grateful to stay at the different building which is much closer to the main road. Since I have few
