Room clean, good location, room large for price, when compared with other hotels in the same price range downtown. Decor was modern, furniture comfortable, and the room had a refrigerator, small kitchen area and sink. Also equipped with washer. Good Italian restaurant downstairs with nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop garden is beautiful and a perfect place for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern.

Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. -

Service on the Club floors.
The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job. -

Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved. Everything! The staff are extra friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The resturant is great and the food is delicious. -

Very clean, awesome modern shower that falls from the ceiling and
comfortable down bedding. Free wireless, US-style outlet, great quality
toiletries. Basement level has full supermarket, shops, subway access.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just stayed there for the 3rd year
in a row for over a week - it gets better each year.

Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money.

This hotel is location, location, location. We stayed on the 17th floor ehich id executive or club floor. The hotel rooms were recently upgraded and they were lovely.
