The staff in Chocolate Tree were very friendly and helpful. The fact that all staff members could speak good English made communication very easy. The staff were willing to help out with anything from operating the coin laundry to making coffee and generally provided great service.

Service on the Club floors.
The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job. -

We had a good staying in this hotel, especially the front desk allowed us to checkin early at 7h30am in the morning when we took a night flight from Hanoi to Seoul.

We stayed in Classic 500 for 7 nights. The apartment is huge and well equipped - washer/dryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave cum convection oven, etc. It is indeed home away from home. The staff are generally good in English and is able to understand what we want. The accommodation is next to Lotte Department Store and Starcity.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. For the price we paid, we got a huge apartment with a big living room and bed room. Really felt like we were staying at our own home. The clean, modern design is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. WIth our 9 months old baby crawling around every where, it was nice that the floor was wood & marble. The bed in the bedroom is also huge that literally you can fit 3-4 people on it if you are a family. The bed was also super comfortable

Very clean, awesome modern shower that falls from the ceiling and
comfortable down bedding. Free wireless, US-style outlet, great quality
toiletries. Basement level has full supermarket, shops, subway access.

The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great. I liked just about everything; however service stands out. The staff was incredibly helpful, from helping us with restaurants to carrying our bags to the airport bus stop. The hotel was clean, everything was new and well taken care-of. The location is great, it is very close to a metro station and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Gangnam station. It is incredible value. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul.
