The female owner was very friendly and earnest in answering our queries for directions to certain places. Despite the language barrier, we were able to converse to her in minimal Korean and English. There were plenty of places to explore around the area e.g. Seogwipo port.
The family room which we stayed in was very homely and clean. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Jeju Island. όλα τα σχόλια »
The location is superb. It's very accessible to the main road. By not being on the main road, it's quiet and peaceful.
The staff members are always smiling .... friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and can advise on how to get to some places.
The family room where we stayed is spacious and tidy... no bad smell.
The location was so good. It's near to the intercity bus terminal and the airport bus stop so we didn't have to spend more money to take taxi to the terminal/bus stop. And this hostel also near to the eatery place. The place is quiet and comfortable, fits for everyone who wants to take a rest after exploring jeju island.
Cheap. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, Just 2 minutes walk from airport bus station and 10 minutes walk from the local bus station. A very good location for walking the Olle trail 6 & 7. Free breakfast.
We has stay they for 10days . They upgrade our room due to hotel under renovation.The owner are very kind and helpful ;) is a nice place to stay ,near airport limousine bus stop ;) Goodstay hotel .thank you and Much appreciated ;).
The staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English, although not completely fluent. The rooms were clean, bright, and cheerful. We felt at home there and I would recommend it to anyone.
Staffs are really very friendly & helpful although some elderly staffs don't speak good English but their patience & full-hearted assistance are highly appreciated.캄사함니다!;).

Location of the hotel is quite good. It takes only 3 mins to walk to the bus 600 (Airport bus); however, downtown is small and not much interesting.
We were on the 3rd floor and since there is no elevator, it is quite difficult to carry up some stuff when the front desk staff is nowhere to assist.
One staff is pretty good at english while the other are not too good so it's a little bit difficult to communicate with them.
Staffs speak little English. Poor water pressure and the shower is very slow. Poor wifi reception if you stay at 3rd floor.
The lobby and hallways were a bit shabby but very clean, and it had a friendly atmosphere. The bathroom floor was wet during the entire stay, which was mildly unpleasant, although there were bathroom slippers.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Turning on the fan helped,
but with the fan off, the smell returned. I understand that sleeping
"Korean Style" means sleeping on the floor, but a little more
padding in the mats would have been nice.
There were no lifts, so it was a bit challenging to carry the luggages up. The drainage system was not very good and tend to be clogged.
Poor facilities with no hot tap water for bathing！Water pressure for shower was low and you cant take a comfortable bath！ Pretty old hostel！.
Staff is friendly but they can not speak english so they are useless if you want to ask about buses or whatever <,<.
