We booked a family deluxe room for 4 people, and it was great value, cheap and well-decorated, clean and comfortable, but not too big actually. The hotel staffs are helpful, especially the woman, her English was fair and she gave us really detailed directions to Jeju's attractions. On our travel day, it rained really hard, and she called a taxi for us, as well as giving the taxi driver, who could not speak a word of English, clear direction in Korean.
όλα τα σχόλια » Big space of the room and near with seogwipo olle market and also delicious seafood restaurant. It also near with tourist attraction like cheonjiyeon waterfall and seogwipo harbor. They also book us for a taxi early in the morning to go to airport and tell us for pre-booking taxi to save money it only charge us 25000won from hotel to the airport. we also got free parking here at the hotel. Room & bed is big! Clean! Free grape juice and ice coffee and water in the fridge. It feels like home with a cute dressing table. Toothpaste, lotion shampoo all provided. Hotel near old market and many nice eateries around. Ginseng chicken soup and black pork bbq, fresh sashimi is delicious! About 15-20min down slope to cheonjiyeon falls! Comfy!. Great location inside the food street. Very convenient to take the airport bus and visit the interesting places in south Jeju. Tough it is an economic hotel, the front desk speaks good English comparing to the same price Guest House I stayed in north Jeju and provided very helpful travelling tips. High value vs. room rate! I would recommend. The friendly English speaking receptionist, the guy without moustache is very helpful, helped to write some instructions in Korean so I could find my way around. The lady boss of a coin laundry shop nearby is very kind. The hotel is also near the market where you find some cheap and good food. The room is very clean and considered spacious. It is very accessible to the eateries and shopping areas. The hotel also provide free coffee and Jeju mandarins at the pantry downstairs. One of the counter staff could speak good English, overall an satisfactory stay. 1. Not far away from NO. 600 Bus station 2. In a quiet and clean town of Seogwipo 3. Lot of restaurants nearby 4. Two staff could speak basic English; they clean rooms everyday 5. Free maps and printed maps offered 6. Kind, nice and helpful staff. The hotel was in the central of seogwipo. Very good location. Easily accessible to other places of interest in seogwipo. Staff was very approachable and gave good directions which allowed me to travel easily. Front desk staff was also friendly. Room was good and clean. Great location, next to restaurants and some busstations. However, not so easy to find the first time... Overall good and affordable place to explore Seogwipo or Jeju Island, recommended!. I like the room.although a bit small the bed is big. and the hotel is near the food street. we ate the barbecue. yummy. and infrastructure is nice. it have wifi which is my friend's favorite thing.^^. I found it more than my expectation for the money I paid and the value I perceived about this hotel in expensive place like Jeju. The rooms are clean, quite warm and quiet. The hotel nears lots of restaurants and also some attractions. The staff speaks English well and also very kind. The stuffs can speak English, they are all very nice, very kind to show the guests how to find some tourist sights.And it's near the traditional market. Everything is excellent except the pantry on ground floor. There are three staff who can speak English, the young man is very helpful and friendly. Location is good. And the room is big enough and well-equipped, compared to other hostel, this one worths what I paid for. Near to the famous Ello market, you can get food, grocery, souvenir and eveything there. Airport bus will stop at this area, and walking distance is around 5 to 8 minutes. The hotel has interpreters, work from 7am to 9pm. They can speak English very well. The hotel room is clean n quite big and most of all the bed cover is very comfortable. Location is great and there are many restaurants nearby. However it is not easy to locate the restaurants even you've got a map as the small streets are very alike. the location is really good, on the food street and convenient to the bus station. wifi is good in the room. Even though it's not too far away, walking to the limousine bus to the airport was confusing. And if you're to ask people or taxi drivers the direction, just ask them where is the Kyungnam Hotel, not ask about the bus stop. Since the island is too big, taxi maybe the best choice to go from the hotel to attractions. One guy at the counter not being very friendly and helpful. Hee 5-10min walk to bus stop no.600 Airport limo. We are lazy so we took cab. The other receptionist, the guy with a moustache, is very rude and impatient. Far away from Jeju City. Difficult to locate the hotel at first. Facilities a little old and limited but bearable. First, the guy at the reception (in the afternoon/evening) was very rude and not helpful at all, completely the wrong guy for this kibd of job! There was another guy (morning) who was really kind and helpful! Secondly, this hotel is quite hard to find as there is no useful way description to find (also no homepage of this hotel?!). firstly,the way is not easy to find.but other things are ok. Finding this place is little hastle. Its around a 10 min walk from nearest Airport Limosuine bus stop. It's hard to find the hotel first time arriving there. And the local people can't understand English. Public area on ground floor is a bit stink, bad smelt. The sheet is not really clean. The appearance of the hotel. No activities to do at night. We can't do any shopping at night. It is not located directly to bus station, so must take a walk and find the place. Decor. no English speaking staff during night time,not easy to find the hotel!. There is no English translator at night. smell awful. The old man who work on the late night does not know everything about the sightseeing..ㅠㅠ He told me to ask other people on tomorrow. But it's really unconvinent. I hope there would be some travel informations write on the hall or a notebook that the travelers can see it on the late night !!. The bed is too hard. Not comfortable. The staff isn't very friendly and knows little English though it says there is an interpretator service available. spiders in the room. no shower curtain in the bathroom. Towels old & looks like rag cloth, no bedside lamp. a bit hard to find hotel,no water dispenser in room. The interior of the room is more suitable for couples room, making it somewhat less convenient for non-couple like us, is a little bit like love hotel design. The hallway is rather dark so it made us uncomfortable. The wifi connection is didn't worked. Very small towel. Strange smell may be due to ventilation problem. I booked a family room with microwave but when we checked in there was non. Tried to ask from the next morning staff but she couldn't understand... Very hard pillow. bathroom had mold.
