  Everything! This is my first (and only) stay in "riokan", so I can not compare it with other "riokans", but I really enjoyed "riokan experience" in Annex Katsutaro. Very, very, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Very convenient, useful and cute map of surrounding area is provided for all guests. Good location (close to metro and train stations, go... τι λέει ο κόσμος » od connection with Narita airport, 24h-open convenience stores nearby). Pleasant, enjoyable surroundings. Very comfortable "floor-bed". :-) All neces - Lovely, clean small hotel, with large, bright rooms by Japanese standard. The staff is very helpful and they speak good English. It is located in a nice, quiet environment close to shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The Nippori station is on the main "circle" line which takes you to Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other places of interest without the need to change the trains.   Friendly staff, nice Japanese style rooms and great location. I had a wondeful time exploring Tokyo and staying at Sakura Ryokan. It's well located and close to the subway station. Even in the local there are many interesting places to see and explore. I stayed there twice.   Rokyan Fuji is a little slice of heaven just outside of the main Tokyo center. The Ryokan is run by a lovely couple who made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. They have good English and will help you whenever they can. We had the western and Japanese breakfast there which was a great experience.   *Japanese style clean family hotel. My kids like the wooden floor and floor bed very much. *The old couple hotel owners are very friendly. The lady drew a map for us for easy direction to the train station and to Asakusa and Tokyo Sky Tree. The streets lined up with 2 sto - I am very happy with my stay there! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was a bit worried about not being able to understand each other but he was very kind and could speak a bit of English, and translating with the computer did the rest. My room was very pretty, comfortable and homey, with a view to a small garden. I also liked the neighbourhood, and the place is quite well connected thanks to the Kitasenju station. It was great to have free wi-fi in the room. They also have fridge
