  Everything! This is my first (and only) stay in "riokan", so I can not compare it with other "riokans", but I really enjoyed "riokan experience" in Annex Katsutaro. Very, very, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Very convenient, useful and cute map of surrounding area is provided for all guests. Good location (close to metro and train stations, go... what people say » od connection with Narita airport, 24h-open convenience stores nearby). Pleasant, enjoyable surroundings. Very comfortable "floor-bed". :-) All neces - Lovely, clean small hotel, with large, bright rooms by Japanese standard. The staff is very helpful and they speak good English. It is located in a nice, quiet environment close to shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The Nippori station is on the main "circle" line which takes you to Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other places of interest without the need to change the trains.   Rokyan Fuji is a little slice of heaven just outside of the main Tokyo center. The Ryokan is run by a lovely couple who made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. They have good English and will help you whenever they can. We had the western and Japanese breakfast there which was a great experience.
