Imaginatively decorated, modern rooms with all facilities and great comfort/style. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for railway station, Arena, old city and centre, with all attractions, and yet quiet. The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you
are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant.

- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to

Everything. For visiting Verona I can't think of a better solution
for accommodation. It is very well located in a nice area a few minutes
walk from the old town. Free high speed wifi. Parking inside the
building at a very competitive price only 10 euro which is very unusual
when travelling in Italy. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist.

Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

This apartment is by the far best one we've stayed at in Europe. It
was a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and included breakfast. The
staff would come in each day and clean the apartment and leave breakfast

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning.
