The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you
are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant.

- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to
take a taxi (7,5 eur).
- The room was big, clean, quiet and very stylish as well.
- The staff was friendly. Thanks to manager Nadia, she is very nice.

Nuova Opera Rooms is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were very friendly and we were surprised when we realised on the second day of our stay that they were identical twins :))

Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) -

Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

Very friendly hosting. We got upgraded to suite because rooms were full, and was amazing room. Outside there is a lot of space, and small farm animals. -

We got very convenient family room which was more like 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids.
Hotel is located in the countryside close to lake Garda, also very convenient for families with young children as there is new entertainment park Gardaland nearby as well as safari zoo. -

The place was amazin. We stayed for one night, which was my first stay in Italy, and it was amazin. The room was gorgeous, it was very clean and quite, and the service was excellent. Drove down from Switzerland by car and just passing through the gate I knew I picked a good place.
Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre.
It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff.

The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
