time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train

Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

Great location. Off the main bear but close to the Grand Canal, quiet neighborhood. Apartment was roomy lots of windows, air conditioned, 2 bathrooms. The rooftop terrace was a bonus! I think the price was a bit high for this apartment, although it is spacious and well facilitated, clean and quaint. -

The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was five star - The hotel location was pretty much central, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They answered our quesions and were always ready to print our a map and direct us to where we waned to go. The room was great. Really enjoyed our stay here. Just realize that European hotels are
different from us cookie-cutter hotels. Tucked away from noisy tourist

The apartment was very close to the Strada Nouva as stated in the website. It was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The staff at Grimaldi Apartments were pleasant and helpful. The location was superb - westayed in the San Marco apt and my parents in the Casanova one. - very close to the ca d'oro vaporetto stop on a small quiet street. The appartment was spacious, 1 bedroom with lots of storage closets and one living room, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids in our case). Anna answered all our questions and was very helpful.
