The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily

Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist
hassle and just 5-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far
from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through

One of the reasons that made me book the Antiche Figure Hotel in Venice

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy. If you chose to fly to Venice directly you can take the bus form airport which stops at 5 min away from the hotel. And the vaporetto is likewise just departs in front of the railway station. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Rialto Bridge and main canal in Venice. We were able to see the gondolas go by and the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly as well. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good excellent location.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
