Everything exceeded our expectations. The owner, Mr. Matteo was very helpful and kind with us, in fact the whole personnel. Good location, good and various breakfast very clean and quiet. The air condition was efficient despite the very hot weather.
This hotel is a perfect sample of the local flavour.

The directions from the website made it easy to find the hotel (even at 9:00 pm in the dark) and the clerk at check-in walked us to the apartment to make sure that everything was OK. The Palazzo Rosa is in a wonderful location near the Ca D'Oro and just a quick walk to the Rialto area

Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. We had a room with a canal view, the beds were cozy and the shower great - all of this more than made up for the humble furnishings. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.

Location was amazing, everything is right at the doorstep - shops, watertaxis, a perfect location. Staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. The room and furniture is beautiful Venetian design. The bed was so comfortable, which is very important after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, so we slept well. I would definitely stay here again as it made our whole experience of Venice even more special. There is no lift in the hotel but don't let this put you off - we had 2 suitcases at 25k

Having a room overlooking a canal full of gondoliers was a dream. Every day a parade of them cam right under our window playing their accordions and singing opera. It was very special. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent.

Very friendly! They make you feel number 1 as a guest! Little cute breakfastroom but everything you need is there. The hotel is absolutely central in Venezia, San Marco and Rialto are really near, Lido in 20 Minutes by Boat. Next boatstation (Sant' Angelo) is about a minute away.
