The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

We arrived there very late (11pm), and forgot to call the place and
notify them. We were very worried about unable to check in that night.
But fortunately, they left the keys and instruction for us at the door.
The cottage was super nice, with a pravite pool and garden. We really
wished we could have stayed there longer. -

Villa is perfect place for those that look autenthic experience in Toscana. Quiet, close by Florence, Pisa, Sienna... and after active day outside you may enjoy beautiful garden and view. We had quadruple room which is very comfortable. While some people may find anoying that staff do speak only Italian, we find it cute and enjoyed conversation :-

The whole place is very nice, the rooms are new and very spacious, very

buy wine and liquor produced by them at a good price, the place is very

I thought the hotel was excellent and I felt very much looked after and rested after my stay there.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.It is situated in a beautiful elevated situation with an outdoor pool set in lovely gardens.It is ideal for people who want to be within short commuting distance of the city but feel that they are slightly away

This B and B was a solid choice for us.We loved the room size, the location(outside of Florence) and the very quiet A/C. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was more than what we have expected. Nice and cosy flat with
all necessary facilities, great outdoors, view is gorgeous. There is an
outdoor pool, a small gym, ping-pong and big tennis facilities,
although we weren't able to use those as the weather hasn't

Husband & wife hosts Livio and Minea are so friendly and hospitable - you feel more like you're staying with family or friends than at a B&B.
Livio is the chef and makes beautiful dinner - there is no set menu, rather the available options change from day to day depending on what produce he has available.

This is the most beautiful place my family and I have ever stayed. The
staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. We
stayed in room number 3, which was actually more like having your own
cottage than your common hotel room. No tv or phone in the rooms which

We went to Venice, on a 7 day cruise and then we drove to Florence for a few days and stayed at Villa Poggio Ai Merli. Everyone was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and the room was perfect. My husband and I wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they are going to Florence. - Beautiful loc

What a unique experience that to stay at Villa Agape for a fantastic
introduction to Florence. Its peaceful and wonderfully attractive
setting is a perfect oasis away from the always crowded historic center.

The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfotable and meals generous. I don't speak a word of Italian but still managed to communicate well enough with the sisters. It's nice to end the day of seeing Florence's sights with an evening here - stay for a dinner one night too. The bus into town is about 10min walk - so take a taxi there from station (about 12euro) if you've got baggage then jump on the bus the other days. I loved it here.
