This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. Very nice and friendly hostess. Very helpfull and interested in her guests to make their stay as comfortable as possible for them. I would recommend the residence to everyone.
Sirmione is a beautiful and very nice village.

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

Big comfortable, clean apartment, the kitchen contains all the necessary equipment. Balcony is also big and overlooks the green park. It is possible to take bicycle for free - convenient if you plan to visit Sirmione and not to worry about the parking. Good location – only two minutes from the lake. -

The place is very warm and inviting. Theo's smile was embracing and welcoming. It was very quiet and green all around, and the location near sirmione and the high-ways is very comfortable.

Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only

Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

good service and in a good place - Staff were very friendly and accomodating, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms with daily room cleaning, had an english TV channel, great pool, not far from a beach on Garda, quiet, family friendly.

The camping site is in a very good location with just a few steps away form the lake. Its view is spectacular and the pool is also very big and attracts a lot of people staying there.

Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio

Brilliant. Huge fully furnished apartment. Spotless. Loads of towels, sheets. bedding, cutlery, plates, pans, everything you need is already here at no extra cost. Very spacious apartment for the four of us. Very clean. Has all facilities. Excellent location to tour the south of Lake Garda including the beautiful lakeside villages and the adventure parks. Only 5/10 minutes away from Sirmione by car. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
