The young man at the reception (which is really a book shop) speaks very
good English and is helpful. If you come at a different time however and
he is not there you may not be as lucky with English. Good enough
breakfast considering the price. Very basic B&B but nothing big
really that we didn't like.
Really friendly staff, nice sized triple room which was clean & had all facilities required for 1 night. Easy off road parking.

It is a brand new Hotel, very nice, well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff! It has a private parking. It's close to the center. Great breakfast! Everything was OK, will return for sure!.

They charge 5 eur for the internet. Can't walk to Sirmione, you need
to take a car and pay 2 eur per hour for parking! The closest restaurant
is about 10 min walk from the restaurant.
Everything was ok except air conditioning unit stopped. Perhaps battery needed replacing?.
I reserved double room with balcony but got only room on the ground floor with very cold floor covering. This room is very uncomfortable.
