This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. If you are travelling by car, it is much better to stay here, rather than in any hotel to the north of the catle. There are crowds of tourists walking in th

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

Big comfortable, clean apartment, the kitchen contains all the necessary equipment. Balcony is also big and overlooks the green park. It is possible to take bicycle for free - convenient if you plan to visit Sirmione and not to worry about the parking. Good location – only two minutes from the lake. -

Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only

Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

good service and in a good place - Staff were very friendly and accomodating, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms with daily room cleaning, had an english TV channel, great pool, not far from a beach on Garda, quiet, family friendly.

Clean, budget apartments where you can wake up hearing birds singing. the car is a must to stay here. quiet location that is comfortable to visit other places of interest by the lake.

I thought t6he appatments although basic, were clean, tidy and comfortable. A 5 minute walk through pleasant well kept gardens to the lakeside, with a beach bar that sold excellent food. With a swimming pool and kids play area, it is a perfect location for a family holiday.

Very spacious apartment for the four of us. Very clean. Has all facilities. Excellent location to tour the south of Lake Garda including the beautiful lakeside villages and the adventure parks. Only 5/10 minutes away from Sirmione by car. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Clean and nice place, a big, relatively old villa with a good location on a small quiet street, with a gorgeous terrace. Easy to find. We had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful owners. -
Comfortable apartment with kitchen facilities. Pay laundry across the street. Easy on street parking in quiet location.

Because of the rain the initial room was a bit damp, but the staff
quickly came and transferred us to a new one. Has a nice clean pool.
