Stunning palazzo with really friendly staff that made you feel really at home. Amazing historical palazzo with beautiful rooms and spaces in a great location. - Fantastic location, friendly staff, amazing decoration, had a blast. Got free champagne for wedding stay... felt like royalty.

My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

The Villa is marvelous! I loved every small detail about. It! The owners are very hospitable, great interior, breathtaking mountin wiev, little farm, the big pool, breakfast was European and good with a big selection of Luxury Teas! I Will defenatley return there for some romance! -

Beautiful clean and spacious room with a balcony view of the Duomo. Great location in a quiet room north of the main touristic part of the city, but still only about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

We were able to lock our rented bikes inside overnight! Breakfast was good, i liked the warm croissants with sugar crusted on top. good view out window. Right down street from bridge over to other side of Florence.Riding a bike was the perfect way to get around; so much to see, and getting from our hotel to the city made it possible without the pain of parking car/driving. Though we did drive a car one night (to go out to Tuscany-highly recommended) and there was free parking from 8pm-8am right

really friendly welcome, complete with map of Florence and details of where the things to see were, and a few suggestions for eating out. Breakfast in or outdoors and was lovely and fresh, lots of choice. Room was big and just what you'd expect from an Italian Villa, furniture too, No telly in room but the top of the house has a telly/guest room

I booked this B&B due to parking and location to travel easily into
the centre of Florence, as other reviews reveal it is on the bus route
directly into the old city of Florence. But it was much more we felt so
welcomed and comfortable. Great advice from Antonio regarding
restaurants, if you can you must go to the La Reggia in Fiesole
(situated high on the hill above Florence) this was a recommendation and
it was fabulous. Antonio and his sister Guisy welcomed us like friends,

The property was quite rundown but the attention provided by owner Renata made up for it. The rooms were very spacious, full of antiques and the bathrooms adecuate.
