The big plus ,staff in all areas were all very polite and helpful. -
The staff were very friendly, and helpful especially the ladies at the reception and the bar tender Pedros. The sea view on the balcony was most relaxing, as was the swimming pool. Although the machines in the gym are not modern, i found it most fulfilling to have a workout there. The breakfast was superbly presented buffet style! Keep it up!

The resort was very nice situated in a quit area.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they took the time to tell their guests about the area, local receipts/drinks and we felt very welcome.
The rooms are very nice decorated and had a very pleasant smell the entire stay.

Very nice place, at the beginning when we reserved we were a bit afraid that this place and his staff will be a bit snobbish, instead they are all very friendly and willing to help you and answer to any question you might have.
In the resort there are kind of bungalow and rooms, I guess depends on how many you are and on how much you pay.
The swimming pool is nice and the place is quite.

We liked the calm and laidback atmosphere of the hotel, its situation so close to a beautiful beach. In the restaurant, we enjoyed the food and the courtesy of the staff. Excellent hotel directly by the sea. Very good for families with children as there is heated pool and playground. We had a studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Staff working there is 5* !!!! Best ever customer service I have ever seen! been treated like I am the most important guest in all resort. Lovely place to stay and relax. Location spotless! Perfect food, perfect drinks, great views. Not far away supermakret and other restaurants although they were colsed in April :P In general I am coming back for sure !!! :) Thank you to all staff ,u made my holidays a pure leasure!!

the staff were very helpful and friendly . breakfast was buffet with a large choice of hot and cold food to suit everyone.the evening meal was very good every time. the rest of the hotel was up to the normal hilton standard -

Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. We liked the welcome and attention from all the staff at reception and in the dining area. The room space was good as was the garden setting. Breakfast was fine. Generally had a calm, quiet ambience when we were there in mid May. Free parking. -
Lots of birds in the garden, sparrow's nests on the balcony, clean beach right near the hotel.

Owner is very nice, speaks very good English. They upgraded our room for free :-) Room is nice, has fridge also. Swimming pool is nice.
Supermarket is just in the other side of the road and they have a restaurant as well ( you can have dinner near swimming pool or at your terrace) -

We did really like to hotel staff, their flexibility to our request. Thebreakfast was really good. We had an appartment and the kitchen was wellprepared. Also there was a washing mashine in the bathroom. We plan toreturn to the hotel. - staff
