Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful.
Interior of the room was really nice. Equipped with a Safe, Refridgerator which contained free bottles of water, electric kettle a choice of teabags.
Night were very quiet and peaceful, we were not disturbed by any noises.
Bathroom was very spacious.

I really liked the location even though you need a car to get around. There are very good restaurants nearby, great sandy beaches.
I liked privacy in the appartments, they are well equiped (except for missing bed sheets and towels which you have to pay for). Generally this is a quiet place for relaxing vacation. -

Everything! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the Spa is simply amazing! The general quality of the accommodation was excellent, the gardens beautifully maintained and the location between town and beach perfect. Breakfast was generally good but even though most of the guests clearly came through a UK tour company, local cheese instead of processed packets would have been appreciated. Most guests seemed to thin it was perfect.

All the staff my wife and I met we're very friendly . Carmelo looked after us and was very helpful and friendly. The room and patio area were very nice with a good view of the coast. The pool was small but very nice. We had a nice selection at breakfast and a good choice for our evening meal. Overall it was a very nice 3 night stay

As English speakers we were in the minority but the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly in booking us a taxi on arrival and with general information about what to do and where to go. We stayed at this hotel as part of our five week motoring tour of Italy. It is conveniently located for easy access to the central piazza in Pula and the wonderful sandy beaches and the ruins of Nora along the coast. Our room was well appointed complete with balcony overlooking the pool.

We stayed at this hotel for eight days in July and found it to be extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. The owners Mr and Mrs Gallia were very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the square and the same to walk to the beach but if you enjoy walking it is a pleasant stroll although there is a shuttle bus available.
