We spent 5 nights at this great location. The appartment was very new
and functional with great views over Muravera, San Vito and Villaputzu
from the large balcony. As a matter of fact, the residence has a very
quiet and strategic location. I have to mention as well the very
friendly welcome at the arrival and all useful tips and help provided by

Very clean, well equipped and great view. The balcony was huge and great place to relax. The beach is only 5 min away and there are several beaches (Costa Rei area, Villasimius within 20-30 min drive). One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at was only 5 min away (Mariana Gio) and located right in the beach. The TV even had english channels which was nice for late night relaxing. The bed, although firm was very comfortable.

day we arrived they offered us a home made cake for next days'
breakfast, and the last day they left us a basket of exquisit fresh
strawberrys from their own production. Huge appartment, with most of

The Cavalli family have shown us they go the extra mile in the event of problems. Simply outstanding.
It is a busy place with WiFi, swimming pool. Regular offers of night Safaris in the vast area of an old mining territory leading up to the beach in a Range Rover.
Homegrown vegetables will usually be part of the Dinner.

A car is required, there are no buses over the weekend and no official cab company nearby, but some neighbour or friend -
We had a nice evening with a lot of interesting people which we met during the good dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean, you'll find everything you need. The location is a little bit lonely but typical for a agriturismo and there are two awesome beaches nearby (only reached by car though). Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Very nice guesthouse. There's the main old building and a more modern annexe. The rooms in the old building are more authentic, but we were very happy with our room on the top floor of the newer building. Nice terrace with great view over the city.

Great place to stay, especially if you wish to escape a noisy Cagliari
but still want to be close enough to easly reach it by car. It's
situaded 5 min away from the beach, in the fenced complex of apts (which
is great for parking your car too). There is a supermarket really close
to the place as well.

Everything. Nice owner, nice place, spotless clean, good facilities.
Real Italian coffee maker was very sweet surprise. It had to be just
hotel for one night before flight (had to leave early) but it was the
best we stayed in all Sardinia. We really enjoyed stay there, if I go
back to Sardinia around Cagliari, I stay there again for sure. We
traveled around Sardinia, ant it was the best apartment of all we
stayed. Worth to stay.

Alessia, the receptionist was particularly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.The site is very peaceful and clean; the pool is excellent; the bungalow itself was comfortable and well situated. Enjoyed exploring the local area finding some very pleasant beaches. Definitely a car is required in this location. -

The Hotel is perfect for a Family Holiday if you want to relax and let the kids play in the child friendly pool all day or walk 5 minutes to the near by child friendly beach at the Marina! The rooms were great, with a nice balcony/veranda, only third season of the hotel so everything still 'new'. Kitchenette was good but no toaster but that is the

This hotel in fact is a village. there are a lot of villas, each of villas have 4 apartments but with separate entries
We have been guest there for one night in october, and because the village is near the mountain we have found the night a little bit cold and the room was also chill with no heating source. The only heating source in the room was

This was the only minus for us. In rest the villas are absolutely beautiful and very well equ -
Luigi and his staff go out of their way to make things easy. The resort
of Santa Maria de Navaresse is lovely but felt like it had closed down
in October. A few restaurants remained open but it was really quiet -
great if you want relaxing. There were free bikes which you could just
take if you wanted to go to the supermarket. The pool and the poolside
bar were great and not crowded at all. Because we left two days early,
Luigi refunded our payment. It was our decision to move on but he
insiste

We stayed at this hotel as part of our five week motoring tour of Italy. It is conveniently located for easy access to the central piazza in Pula and the wonderful sandy beaches and the ruins of Nora along the coast. Our room was well appointed complete with balcony overlooking the pool.

We stayed at this hotel for eight days in July and found it to be extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. The owners Mr and Mrs Gallia were very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the square and the same to walk to the beach but if you enjoy walking it is a pleasant stroll although there is a shuttle bus available.
