Beautiful located Residence (200 m above Lake Como) with a marvelous view over the lake
which immediately gets you into the right “holiday mood” and lets you forget the narrow access road.
We booked for 2 weeks in apartment Serenita, a huge and very comfortable place to stay with the living room and large balcony facing the lake directly.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. A metro station at the doorstep of the building & lovely cafe`s , restaurants & a supermarket a short walk away.The washing machine & drier in the basement is a blessing if travelling light.Stayed here for 8 nights & we were as comfortable here as

Very nice location. Only several steps to Metro red line, so very
convenient to Duomo Church and city center. Very close to shopping
center and restaurant street and 3 supper markets. Room is okay (bed
is in a draw), with kitchen, very quiet. Cleaning work twice a week.
Wifi is 2 Euro per room for full day use if you will be staying at
least 7 days.

Absolutely great place to stay. Brand new, fantastic old wooden style. The view over whole Bormio was breath taking. Friendly owner, gave us all possible information. Clean, very nice and we´ll be definitely coming back!!! Looks exactly as at pictures!

Lovely, comfortable apartment, with its own kitchen and equipment. Cristena (and family) were welcoming and extraordinarily helpful, and the tea bags were much appreciated. Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

The views were incredible around the pool and from apartment terrace. The pool area was great for relaxing in the day and could never get bored of the view!
Very authentic Italian village with everything you needed and a close to a larger village (20 minute walk).
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made the stay perfect.

Our stay at Giardino di Lory was fantastic. Everything was perfect,
the apartment, the view to the lake and mountains. We have a small
kid and when we arrived the cot was ready and a seat for the baby was
also available. We are very grateful to Sarah because she made our

We LOVED Premignana! Imagine the best of Napa Sonoma housed in a beautiful 700 year old building set up on a hill overlooking the lake situated in a quaint town with good restaurants.

For the 2. time we visit this place. And it is still a very nice place to visit. We had one of the apartment with own little garden, facing the lake. Everything is ok. The kitchen is simple and not big - but it is ok for breakfast and sometime simple eveningmeal. You can order morningbread from the reception. The way up to Premignaga is very nice and funny to drive on. Not much space, but if you like to stay in authentic local places, then it is funny.

Fantastic place with superb view of the lake from the end of garden area. Nice swimming pool, ideal place for cooling down after a walk in the hills. Accommodation was luxurious and the food was divine! Great camping facilities also. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break! -

It was easy to find and the owners, Ester and Dario are incredibly hospitable. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the air-con was really appreciated. Plus, Dario made the best espresso in our 10 day stay in Italy!
We thought our hosts were very kind, but their kindness and helpfulness was outstanding when Dario went above and beyond

We felt like at home. The owners and family treated us like family, thank you!. They took care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. We planned to stay 2 nights and stayed a week.
The room, wifi connection, breakfast, lift, everything was perfect, designed for comfort.
Breakfast is fabulous, almost everything was home made or grown there: cakes, fruit preserves, tomatoes, fruits, cold meats. Try the great bresaola!
There are two good restaurants nearby and the city of Chiavenna is
