Emma was a fabulous hostess - nothing was too much trouble, from calling the cable car company for us to get some details to making us up a picnic lunch on the day we left. Beautiful located Residence (200 m above Lake Como) with a marvelous view over the lake
which immediately gets you into the right “holiday mood” and lets you forget the narrow access road.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. A metro station at the doorstep of the building & lovely cafe`s , restaurants & a supermarket a short walk away.The washing machine & drier in the basement is a blessing if travelling light.Stayed here for 8 nights & we were as comfortable here as

convenient to Duomo Church and city center. Very close to shopping
center and restaurant street and 3 supper markets. Room is okay (bed
is in a draw), with kitchen, very quiet. Cleaning work twice a week.
Wifi is 2 Euro per room for full day use if you will be staying at
least 7 days.

Absolutely great place to stay. Brand new, fantastic old wooden style. The view over whole Bormio was breath taking. Friendly owner, gave us all possible information. Clean, very nice and we´ll be definitely coming back!!! Looks exactly as at pictures!

Lovely, comfortable apartment, with its own kitchen and equipment. Cristena (and family) were welcoming and extraordinarily helpful, and the tea bags were much appreciated. Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

We loved staying there! The appartement is spacious, has a small kitchen
(including a coffee machine, fridge, dishes etc) and all rooms have lake
view. It's true that the hotel is up on the hill and therefore maybe
a little difficult to find at first and a like 20 min walk from the
city, but otherwise it wouldn't have this amazing view of the lake
