The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening. We loved the extraordinary ceilings...the sense of age...walls 2 feet thick, ceilings about 30feet high,.

The hotel is a destination in itself, with a huge pool and easy access to a lovely private beach. It is also a great value. This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round

The place was simply fantastic. Stunning views from the restaurant which overlooked the bay and hills, sunset was divine. The apartmentd were pretty and with all the conforts. Ideal location for us, a mature couple, but there were also young families and a group of friends.
If you have never been in Cilento, go there. People are friendly and the beach is nice.
You're also close to Paestum one of the most important historical places in Italy.

It was a short walk from what I thought to be a very cute secret beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the donuts with chocolate inside are delicious! -

B&B Civico 16 is in the historic centre, next to the Music Conservatory of Naples and opposite San Domenico Maggiore Church. It offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and wood floors.

We chose this location as it was en route to Rome and needed to chill. The GaiaChiara Resort Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant that was down the road from the Hotel was also excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with very friendly staff/management, a beautiful pool, spacio

Amazing sea view, good facilities, nice staff, it's better to have a car but if not, you can take sita bus to both sorrento and positano, the bus stop named St. Pietro (or Terrescinllela) is about 7 minutes walk from the house. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to sorrento or positano. - well situated in an agreable area outside the city, uphill. ver

The hosts were great, and so were the two twin cats. We were welcomed warmly, good breakfast, and friendly advice about Paestum - The staff were wonderful, very friendly and alwaysavailable. I will absolutely stay there again.

The staff were excellent and the little chalets were a refreshing change from a multi storey hotel.
It's a ten minute walk to the main square but as a result it's a peaceful retreat. There's a great restaurant called Fillippo about a five minute walk away.
The breakfast was superb, lots of choice and reasonable quality food. -

I thought i was going to walk to the hotel, so I was pulling my suitcase up the hill, when Gianluigi, the owner came by a scooter and asked me, why i have not called him, so he could pick me up. This gave me a very positive first impression, that became even better, as we rose high on the hillside, and the view opened up. Beautiful panorama over S

Location was fantastic. Luigi was brilliant. Very helpful as well as pepe who ran a nearby car park. Helped us get there. Complimantry wine from luigi. Have never experienced a better, friendlier, helpful people. Luigi also drove us were we wanted to go and pick us up. Definetly stay again. Molto bene.
