This is a beautiful old hotel high atop the Amalfi coast. The views are stunning and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi. The hotel is clean and kind of a throwback to older times. Don't let the entrance fool you. Once you go upstairs and see the rooms you will be happily surprised. The rooms are neat and tidy and spacious. Salvatore, the owner, is such a friendly guy. He is very helpfull and will point you in the right directions you need to go to. The day of the arrival you fill in the breakfast form and Salvatore will bring you the breakfast that you choose on the terrace on the roof. The hotel is located on a height of the island of Capri. Beautiful view from windows, small balcony, clouds almost nearby. Nearby, beautiful and quiet streets for walks, fresh sea air, a wonderful view from an observation deck! The views from our room and the dinning room were spectacular. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Antacapri and the bus stop. The breakfast bar was well stocked with lots of options. We opted to eat in the dining room instead of our terrace because you have a panoramic view of the coast. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. We were surprised to get such a nice room for the money.

A lovely country lodging with gorgeous vistas. The furnishings re country antiques. The hosts are lovely and attentive. The breakfast was a feast of local breads and cakes. We were charmed by the whole experience. If you have occasion to be in this part if the Cilento we can definitely recommend this charming hotel. -
