The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening. We loved the extraordinary ceilings...the sense of age...walls 2 feet thick, ceilings about 30feet high,.

The hotel is a destination in itself, with a huge pool and easy access to a lovely private beach. It is also a great value. Priced very moderately, yet the staff are in white jackets and ties and the facilities are very impressive. This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round

We chose this location as it was en route to Rome and needed to chill. The GaiaChiara Resort Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant that was down the road from the Hotel was also excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with very friendly staff/management, a beautiful pool, spacio

Amazing sea view, good facilities, nice staff, it's better to have a car but if not, you can take sita bus to both sorrento and positano, the bus stop named St. Pietro (or Terrescinllela) is about 7 minutes walk from the house. If youonly thought about tea, they already came with a big tray with a teapot, delicious cookies, sweets, filled figs and so on. When entering theroom, we already received a bucket with Prosecco and sweets. All thetime they pampered us and gave us the feeling being king and queen. Iwould love to come back again!

The location is perfect, the area is safe, max. 10 min. walk to the dome, about 15 min. walk to the port, 20 min. to Via Toledo. The hotel is smart, very clean, really good value for the price you can use everything in the kitchen, the host is really-really nice and helfpul, even if they doesn't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Actually, this hotel is reconstructed from an appartment. There are 3 rooms in one flat with private bathroom and toilette. and also one salon for share and breakfast. The host leave the food, tea, coffee in the salon. the location is near the histrical center, very convenience. I think it's good value for money.

This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff
were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to
express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had
all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more
than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town.
It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.
