Excellent location, 3 minutes of walking till beach and station of buses/jets to reach other locations on Amalfi coast. Hotel is on central street, not on hill, very easy to reach. A wonderful bright room with balcony on the sea. Nice breakfast on the rooftop. Conveniently close to the ferry, ideal for a short stay to explore Capri Island. Bus stop is right in front of the Inn for bus from Marina Grande to Capri town and Anacapri. Bus tickets can be bought on the bus. Don't look further; this is the best place to stay in Capri Island!

My wife and I stayed just 3 nights and found the Il Tramonto to be very clean and comfortable. Run by Luciana and her sister in law, Sabrina, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything. The host Marco was very friendly, he gave us great advise regarding restaurants, he even called us before chek-in hour to inform that our room is ready and we can come earlier.
