The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. The food service personnel did a terrific job including Ciro and Alphonse. They are added an immeasurable dimension to our stay. Please extend our thanks to them.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the main square and was a good choice. We had one of the rooms on the thrid floor with good views. We had our own vehicle so the transportation was not an issue. The hotel is a charming oasis, surrounded by a high hedge. Beautifully renovated recently, it is immaculately clean. The location is excellent, as it is very private and secluded with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpful in satisfying all requests. Almost all food is naturally sourced from the local farm. The thermal bath in the hotel and on the beach is very romantic and a truly unique experience. -

Perfect was the city that we've chosen. I would recommended to everyone with small kids. All cities around that we have looked for was not so good. Like Amalfi or Positano that we've visit - those were to rocky. In Maiori there was quite a lot of flat area that you can walk with baby trailer.

A very clean and maintained property in a quiet area near the beach.
All staff were friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was good.
We ate in the restaurant which we found excellant.
My wife was unwell when we first arrived and a light snack and icecream as asked for was delivered to our room.
Nothing was a problem. Just ask the Management.
I would love to come back and stay again.

We have chosen this hotel for our honeymoon in August 2013 from huge list of hotels on Ischia and as soon as we arrived we were SO glad of our choise. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice, the location is perfect - it's very quiet, but you can reach all the places and sights that you need (they have a free transfer to city and to the beach). Renting a car is a very good solution, but we didn't rent cause we were afraid of tricky roads on island.

Comfortable room with a GORGEOUS patio with an incredible view. A lovely property...a bit "tired" but we were among first visitors of the season and it will certainly be "spruced" up, I'm sure as spring progresses. The pool wasn't open as it was still very cool, but it was huge and beautiful as were the grounds. -

Everything was perfect, one of the best hotels I've ever stay in.
Limited amount of rooms makes the hotel - "like being at home", same with hotel's restaurant.

We liked the thermal pools and the views from the hotel across the bay of Naples - it was beautiful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful plants, and the public areas inside were really nicely done - a big lounge and the restaurant looking out onto the terrace and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, and a decent-sized room, which was quiet for sleeping. It was easy to walk into town or get a bus. We would definitely stay here again, we found Ischia very relaxin
