Great little hotel, friendly staff, ideal location - Bristol has a great location (5 minutes walk from the ferry in Capri), staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was great and included in the price, room was comfortable roomy, shower was very good as well as towels. Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.

The place is amazing
The king size bed,heated floor, beautiful bathroom, the service was sharp, the staff in the hotels knows you by you name and the and keep trying to make your stay the best they can and they can! -

Room was excellent, superior air conditioning, excellent shower, mealswere very good, better than most hotels. Pools were wonderful. Very easyaccess to the port by bus, and staff was very gracious and helpful,giving us bus schedules and lots of helpful information. Great view to the sea.
The staff was really friendly and helpful.
We stayed only for 2 nights but we had the chance to take part to a traditional Ischian evening - a very relaxing and happy atmosphere.
Free shuttle bus to the beach.
Transfer to the ferry very early in the morning - not expensive.
We would have stayed a couple of days more... -

If youonly thought about tea, they already came with a big tray with a teapot, delicious cookies, sweets, filled figs and so on. When entering theroom, we already received a bucket with Prosecco and sweets. All thetime they pampered us and gave us the feeling being king and queen. Iwould love to come back again!

We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great.
Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

Friendly staff - we felt really like at home. Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.
