We were looking for a quite, clean, 1-bedroom appartment, not far from centre to spend there some nights (cause were walking during days) and light breakfasts. This is a beautiful old hotel high atop the Amalfi coast. The views are stunning and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi. The hotel is clean and kind of a throwback to older times. Very nice, quiet place! The beautiful thermal pools and a saltwater pool. Nice restaurant on the beach with affordable prices and nice staff.

absolutely beautiful with 10 thermal pools and ocean swimming.
we upgraded to sea view room and were given a one room cottage with lawn and patio table. I did hydro therapy for six days - a wonderful experience just floating in pool and an outstanding physical therapist. I think the upgraded rooms were much nicer but 40E more per night. Really miss Ichica relaxing and beautiful

Don't let the entrance fool you. Once you go upstairs and see the rooms you will be happily surprised. The rooms are neat and tidy and spacious. Salvatore, the owner, is such a friendly guy. He is very helpfull and will point you in the right directions you need to go to. The day of the arrival you fill in the breakfast form and Salvatore will bring you the breakfast that you choose on the terrace on the roof. A lovely country lodging with gorgeous vistas. The furnishings re country antiques. The hosts are lovely and attentive. The breakfast was a feast of local breads and cakes.
