I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was
clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and
fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would.
Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby. Leaning Tower
etc. a smidge over 5 minutes walk away, and bus stop for airport
practically outside. I think there are some slighly unfair reviews here

Location, as there are only few minutes by foot to Pizza dei Miracle on site parking. You can park on site.
Nice hotel near to Pisa tower. Free parking, Free internet.
Very close to historical Downtown Pisa and tower of Pisa.

Location to the center of Pisa and friendly staff!.
Walls are a bit thin; but I have no overall complaint, certainly not
bearing in mind the price.
Parking in the backyard was a little bit stressful, Internet was only in the main building across the street.
Breakfast is very basic.
Breakfast was a bit limited to bread!.
