Great welcome from very helpful staff who spoke good English. Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was
perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We
took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the
bunk bed. We would recommend staying here ;o) -

Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!

Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this. Having b'fast with the view of the Battistero.
Good breakfast to start off with.

My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious. So a big "thumbs-up" for Nicola and his team.

Beautiful location about 100m from the leaning tower. I spend a lot of time just hanging out the window watching the square and people. The facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen. The attached restaurant was well priced with good food (lots of local italians eating there).

nice place and so close to the tower, I doubt you could get much closer! no sign outside so remember to take the address with you. Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel. I recommend it to everyone going to Pisa.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby.
Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close
to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every

Fantastic location with the leaning tower right in front of the window and in 200m walking distance. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

with the main attractions just a few steps away. Traffic noise did not
cause us any concerns once doors and shutters closed. The staff were
friendly, willing to give local advice and professionally resolved a

close proximity to the tower is a plus point. Hotel is modern and neat. More than expected than what I had in mind when I made a reservation based on photos and reviews. Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us. Also only 10 minutes from the

The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise!
Possible to park a car for about 8 EUR day just next to the hotel (we parked at the place where our car could watch Pisa tower the whole parking time :))

Everything. This hotel cannot be faulted. The 'bad reviews' that this hotel has recieved have been written by what my girlfriend I have considered to be 'snobs'.
