We stayed here on the last day of a two week trip through the Marche
area of Italy, returning home from Venice. So, we wanted to stay close
to the airport and did not plan to visit Venice itself. (Although for
visitors planning to go into Venice, Massimo takes care to transport his
guests!) Corte di Venezia was perfect for our needs, and we found a
perfect host in Massimo - who emailed me the day before my arrival and
asked what he could do to welcome us and make our stay more enjoyable.

Massimo, Christian, and Mama Laura were amazing hosts!! From the minute
that Christian picked us up at the ship until he dropped us off at the
airport, we were treated like their most important guests. Every day
they made certain that were were transported into Venice and back to
their Villa with hints on what to see for the day. The private Villa
itself is out of a fairy tale, set in a beautiful courtyard with gardens
and a security gate. The room was a suite with a very large living area,

The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was immaculate and breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and so gracious. - Room was lovely. Bathroom was particularly good compared with other accommodation in the area. Breakfast was excellent.

We were a family of 5 with a mini-van. We chose this hotel because of
the free parking and easy access to Venice via public transportation.
The bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very kind and
extremely helpful. We bought our bus and vaporetto tickets for Venice at

We've spent only one night in the hotel as we had a short weekend in Venice and needed a place to rest our bones before we started another day of venture. This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared
to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was
very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice
in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and
attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American"
hotel after traveling in Italy.

The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport
for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a
hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
