We stayed here on the last day of a two week trip through the Marche
area of Italy, returning home from Venice. So, we wanted to stay close
to the airport and did not plan to visit Venice itself. (Although for
visitors planning to go into Venice, Massimo takes care to transport his
guests!) Corte di Venezia was perfect for our needs, and we found a
perfect host in Massimo - who emailed me the day before my arrival and
asked what he could do to welcome us and make our stay more enjoyable.

Massimo, Christian, and Mama Laura were amazing hosts!! From the minute
that Christian picked us up at the ship until he dropped us off at the
airport, we were treated like their most important guests. Every day
they made certain that were were transported into Venice and back to
their Villa with hints on what to see for the day. The private Villa
itself is out of a fairy tale, set in a beautiful courtyard with gardens
and a security gate. The room was a suite with a very large living area,

We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way. The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. The hotel is light and airy and the rooms a good size with high ceilings. Ours was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time.

The owner was great and it was lovely to speak with her about Venice and the local area. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was immaculate and breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and so gracious. - Room was lovely. Bathroom was particularly good compared with other accommodation in the area. Breakfast was excellent.

We were a family of 5 with a mini-van. We chose this hotel because of
the free parking and easy access to Venice via public transportation.
The bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very kind and
extremely helpful. We bought our bus and vaporetto tickets for Venice at

We've spent only one night in the hotel as we had a short weekend in Venice and needed a place to rest our bones before we started another day of venture. This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared
to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was
very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice
in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and
attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American"
hotel after traveling in Italy.
