We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money. - Everything! Good connecting rooms. go

Very nice place to stay - right opposite Pisa stazione. Newly refurbished by the looks of things, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped and very clean rooms/bathrooms. They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. -

My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We
stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were
terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and

About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

Everything. This hotel cannot be faulted. The 'bad reviews' that this hotel has recieved have been written by what my girlfriend I have considered to be 'snobs'. We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friend
