The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

Comfy bed and great location - what more do you want from a city break? Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.
If you want a good breakfast then you will be disappointed , there is no choice really but the coffee is good. The room is very clean and minimalist , tiny but recent bathro

We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk.
